On-demand services are designed to immediately send a service expert to your location, which is ideal for urgent needs. Scheduled services allow you to book an expert for a future date and time, offering flexibility and planning.

For on-demand services, we aim to have an expert at your location as quickly as possible, within an hour, depending on expert availability and your location.

The selection of a specific service expert is unavailable for on-demand services due to their immediate nature.

However, for scheduled services, Instaservice meticulously selects the best expert suited to complete your job.

Service rates are based on the type of service, duration, and, in some cases, the job's specific requirements. You'll see a transparent pricing model before confirming your booking.

For scheduled services, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 hours before the appointment time. On-demand service cancellations are subject to a fee if canceled after an expert has been dispatched.

Payment is securely processed through the InstaService app or website. We accept all major credit cards. We charge the customer only after the service is completed.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're unsatisfied with the service received, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of service completion. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund or re-service.

  • Expedited Payment for High Volume: Completing 20 or more jobs weekly qualifies you for expedited payment, where you'll receive your earnings within 24 hours.
  • Maintaining a consistent service quality is crucial to benefit from expedited payments for high-volume work.

Customer Referral FAQs

The InstaService Referral Program lets you earn rewards by inviting friends to join the platform.
